Emilia Rinaldi applies her business economics background to address a variety of labor & employment issues, including hour and wage disputes, workplace harassment and discrimination, wrongful termination, and workplace safety/OSHA regulations.
Emilia has broad experience litigating labor & employment matters, having been previously employed by two firms where she regularly litigated cases at the state, county, and federal levels.
Additionally, Emilia counsels employers on best practices, assisting them with the development of workplace policies and procedures, confidentiality agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and employment agreements, and ensuring that all conditions of employment meet the legal requirements.
