Retaining William Mooney was the best decision I could have made for my case. I’m from out of town and received a traffic citation in relation to a minor traffic accident. A finding of guilty on the citation would have very negatively affected my driving career and Mr. Mooney was able to get it reduced to a non-moving violation which, in my opinion, was the best scenario I could have hoped for.
