Hired Law Firm

Working with John Spina to get my daughter to move in. She is 14 and able to make her own choice. So far John has done nothing to help at all. He can't recall names of my kids, can't remember witnesses. Doesn't respond with advice or plans, just forwards emails from opposing counsel. My ex is making harrassing calls to my family at all hours after losing the case and makine outragous demands. His only response is to just agree and sign the agreed order, this order makes me a boarding school for my dauther, no breaks, no vactions and I have to pay for flights. Dude is a whimp.
