I worked with Ms Rochvarg after dealing with a less than stellar lawyer. I was extremely impressed with the way my case was handled. Not only is Ms Rochvarg highly knowledgeable, she is also professional and compassionate, with a great personality. Many times, lawyers are impersonal and are only concerned about making money, but Ms Rochvarg cared. That made a whole world of a difference.
Ms. Rochvarg is a brilliant strategist. She handled a rather complicated and hotly contested guardianship case for me. She succeeded in getting a result that satisfied me and best served my family member's needs. Ria is passionate about her work and very dedicated to her clients. She also ensures that someone deemed incompetent is properly protected and provided for. Her knowledge of guardianship law and her legal experience is inestimable. I highly recommend her services.
I don't feel that ria was being a good mediator. I feel that she was taking the side of my ex and she was not being a middle person to mediate my ex and I. I feel like it was two against one. my ex would bring up things that were insulting to my character as a father. Ria would not say anything about it. She continue to let my ex insult me and when things came up during mediation it was a big deal if my ex brought a matter up but if brought a matter up ria wouldnt that deep into my matters. i felt like this was unfair to me. i paid for you to mediate my ex and I not to go up against two bullies, I would not recommend Ria Rockford services.
