5 years and estate still not settled. Not complicated. Calls not answered. Paperwork not filed timely. Totally unreliable. There were stocks to be distributed that have now lost value. Just so bad. Ugh.
The worst ever. Kim was assigned as the executor of the will. She didn't do the research necessary to see there was a trust involved so she made everything so much worse than it ever needed to be during such a difficult time. Didn't return any phone calls or emails or even notes on the office door. A YEAR LATER and she still hadn't done what needed to be done. Complete lack of communication and follow up. Completely incompetent and borders on criminal. Her father was an amazing lawyer that my family used for over 35 years. What a disappointment she was.
This attorney is unreliable and does not return phones calls. You will only ever reach her voicemail and I honestly don’t think see bothers to listen to any messages. If she does listen to her voicemail she doesn’t care enough about her job to return calls. It’s tragic.
