What a relief to have been referred to Mark Bobotek for help with my will and power of attorney. I truly had no idea where to start. The legal side of estate planning always felt overwhelming and easy to put off—but Mark made the process not only manageable, but smooth and surprisingly reassuring. From our very first conversation, he was patient, clear, and professional. He guided me through every step, taking the time to explain all the details in a way that made sense. Whenever I had a question or needed clarification, he never rushed me and always took the time to make sure I felt comfortable moving forward. The entire process was thoughtfully handled from start to finish. It was efficient without ever feeling hurried, and I came away with a sense of peace knowing everything had been done properly. After seeing how seamless the experience was, my daughters also worked with Mark on their own estate planning—and now several friends and family members have done the same.
Mr. Bobotek is great to work with. He responded quickly even during the days he was working remotely. If you are looking for counseling on wills, trusts, estate planning or elder law, he is able to effectively explain what may seem like confusing legal documents in plain English.
Mr. Bobotek was a breath of fresh air! I consulted him on estate planning and could not have been more impressed. He was most professional, understanding and made me feel that i was in good hands! He is extremely knowledgable...... I highly recommend this attorney if you want honest answers and true estate planning.... Do NOT hesitate!
Mark Bobotek has been very unresponsive to client questions and slow to respond on the status of work for which he was paid to perform. The Golden Oak Law firm does not have a receptionist which makes it difficult to reach the Lawyer. A client can only leave messages on an answering machine or email the Golden Elder Law website. It is not recommended for the elderly who lack the ability to use email or speak to a live person for assistance.
