I had Attorney Phillips. He was very professional, communicated well and was very honest, would talk to me, and make sure I understood everything. He is a man who stands true to his word about everything. Him and his staff are very friendly and welcoming. He has been my attorney for 6 years and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a hardworking and passionate attorney.
My children were represented by this joke. They couldn't stand him and felt as though he was a creep. He made them extremely uncomfortable. One could say that the review is by an angry mom or dad because he was in favor of the other parent, but the only thing we argued over was who despised him more. He might have been a good attorney in 1965, but he needs to retire.
I will begin by staying attorney Ward seemed to be very knowledgeable, everything leading up to the court date he seemed remarkable.... although we had talked for nearly 3 or 4 hours about all the info I had prior to the first court appearance. Granted I shot myself in the foot, and that I take blame for...But talking to my lawyer for 3 or 4 hours, I would assume that he has some idea of what to say on our first court appearance. I'm not even kidding you that I was caught so off guard when HE ASKED ME what we wanted to bring up at the first court. In my mind, "YOU ARE THE LAWYER, YOU HAVE ALL OF THIS INFO..." So I wasn't prepared for that, didn't say very much, and this set the tone for an extremely terrible experience in child court. We could have came out with real stuff that is not ok any parent does with their child, but we didn't. Our opening argument was about how I left my ex because she wanted to bring other women in and out of our relationship.
Had mr Phillip's. Worst experience ever. No communication. Did not meet or talk until I requested . Met 5 minutes before court at court house. In my opinion he was close to useless.
