Hired Attorney

I put myself in a pretty desperate situation, I hired Mrs. Renz to represent me. I had questions on some of my allegations and the effect it would have on my eligibility for the Earned Release Program. She advised that nothing I was charged with disqualified me from participating in ERP and it was in my best interest to accept the plea bargain available. I conducted my own research because of how dramatically this would affect my life. I found out one of the statutes specifically disqualified me from ERP. I found a more accurately worded statute that described the situation and which also had the benefit of allowing me to participate in ERP. I proposed a new plea agreement the District Attorney accepted and the judge actually complimented Mrs. Renz on discovering on my behalf. I said nothing then because I do not want or care about accolades. Anyone looking to hire this attorney needs to be informed of the lazy flippant attitude and blatant disregard for her clients best interests
