An intelligent and well spoken lawyer. Helpful. Willing to go the extra mile for a client.
He was wonderful in the beginning, but it drug out more than 6 years. He was confident about how great my case was, then wouldn't even give me a straight answer when it came time to litigate it. He didn't return phone calls, and didn't give me all the info I needed to know before making a decision to settle. I got screwed and he acted like he couldn't care at all. He left out important information that I didn't find out until it was over. Then, 3 years later, the medical part is not done.
He took 6 years to even get my case to court, then told me about what a winning case I have, until the end when he tried to get me to settle without giving me an answer about what chances I had of winning. Then, he didn't give me all the information needed until after I signed the papers, and A check I thought he told me I was entitled to weekly, from what he told me, I found out that since I took the settlement, I wasn't getting it. He lost me 80,000 dollars, and a weekly check of 320.00 dollar
