Lonneman, Blair, Logsdon & Burnette, LLC is a law firm established in 1982 with an office in Elizabethtown, KY. At this office location, there are 5 lawyers practicing bankruptcy, domestic relations law, criminal law and 3 other areas of law.
Dawn is very accommodating to our work schedules. She made sure we understood everything about our bankruptcy and has answered any questions or concerns we've had along the way.
Very impressed she was wonderful and supportive through the whole process.
Miss McMahon Botched my case so bad. I lost everything in my divorce. She would NOT read my decree to me. When we went through mediation she would mute me. I paid 300 dollars for the mediator and saw han a total of 15 minutes. And in that 15 minutes. I learned more about the mediator and the last time she saw him. Which was at her wedding. Then at the end I was forced to agree with whatever they wanted. My lawyer told me to take it because judge hall. Will make you sell everything. Those are the only words she said to me. It won't let me upload a picture of her on the phone during my mediation.
Phyllis is a TERRIBLE lawyer! Wastes your time, never knows what's going on in the case, will ask if you "sent that to me?" multiple times but never actually looks at what you send her, says she "might have deleted it" when told you've sent it multiple times, she tries harder to get you to settle than fighting for your case because "if we lose that's a year in jail", I suggest video and audio RECORDING your meetings because it'll be your word against hers when you file a complaint and she's not on your side, no matter the amount she's getting paid, if she's been assigned as a public defender you're F****D, if you correct her attitude she'll tell you to hire a different lawyer as if she doesn't work FOR YOU! Sadly this is a case of a rude lawyer in a small town and she never gets corrected, she's friends with the judges and the prosecutor, so when someone reminds her that she WORKS FOR THEM she cannot handle it. Deplorable human being at best. 10/10 recommend a DIFFERENT attorney!!
