The Twiford Law Firm, PC is a law firm established in 1952 with an office in Elizabeth City, NC. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing family law, divorce, child custody and 38 other areas of law.
Mr. Williams represented our son and was very upfront and honest with him and us, since it was a first offense he had the charges removed after a 6 month period. The money spent was well worth it not to have this on his record later in life.
I am not sure if our interaction occurred on an off day for Mrs. Arizaga-Womble, but I had a consultation with her and found her to be sarcastic and nonchalant. I decided to go elsewhere for representation.
Terrible service. Hire this guy to do a simple POA. Never sent documents that needed signature. Virtually no communication or follow up to my many calls/emails. Seeking full refund for the services that I paid for. AVOID!!!
Wanted money upfront before any meeting. Had short meeting and was told they would do all these things for the payment already made. Never did any of them and would not even return phone call onthe matter. They are just interest in stealing money from people.
Unfortunately, I never had the opportunity to meet with any of the attorneys. I had requested a consult and was told the consult fee was $200. I then asked if they could give me an "idea" of what the additional cost would be for Estate Planning. I was told, NO they could not and not in a very friendly manner. I was able to get a sense of the cost from other attorney offices so I guess I will be going elsewhere. Not a good first impression.
