Mr. Sanders also routinely handles Federal offenses, with a particular emphasis on driving under the influence on the federal beaches of Hatteras Island and migratory waterfowl offenses.

Mr. Sanders charges flat fees in criminal and traffic cases, so that the client knows exactly how much the representation will cost. There are no additional charges for "continuances" or other minor matters which Mr. Sanders believes should be covered by a flat fee.
