When I first met her in July 2013, I thought she would work on my case. She told me it would take 4-6 months to resolve. I went to her office several times during the last quarter of 2013 and was told she would call me back. In January 8, 2014, I sent a certified letter asking for her to either complete the work or refund my money. Since I did not get a response to my certified letter, I went to her office again and she had moved out. No forwarding information was given nor my money returned
