Hired Attorney John Martin

I used the services of John Martin as a member of a Class Action lawsuit against a large multinational retailer. I had several questions along the way. When I sent an email to him, he responded within 24 hours. When another member of the Class telephoned him (with me listening) he spent much more time than I would have expected telling us what to expect and answering all of our questions thoroughly. I am satisfied with the amount of the settlement.

Hired Attorney John Martin

John Martin represented a class in a lawsuit against a large company. The class alleged numerous wage and hour violations. John Martin personally replied to each of my emails. And he spent a lengthy amount of time on the telephone with several of us when we had questions.I believe the settlement we reached was fair.Clearly he spend a great deal of time effort and expertise in presenting our case.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
