My experience after retaining Ms. Kibsey was horrible. I felt that her legal expertise was seriously lacking; her negotiating skills atrocious; her work sloppy; her billings inflated and VERY dubious (intend to pursue with Queen's Bench Review Committee); her effort questionable; and client rapport dreadful.{para}After 3 months (and $20,000) of negotiating capitulation, I found the resulting outcome worse than if I had accepted everything opposing council demanded prior to Ms. Kibsey’s involvement.
