Frederick L. Rubenstein received his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and simultaneously clerked for the Honorable George J. Nicola, J.S.C., and Richard F. Plechner, J.S.C. With over twenty-seven years of experience, he provides mindful, insightful legal guidance tailored to each client’s needs. His practice includes municipal entity defense, civil rights litigation, discrimination claims, CEPA, personal injury, workers’ compensation, general liability and workers’ compensation insurance defense, residential and commercial tax appeals, and municipal law matters. Over the course of his career, Mr. Rubenstein has represented the Township of Woodbridge; City of Perth Amboy; Townships of Edison, South Brunswick and Monroe; Borough of Sayreville; and the Cities of Rahway and Paterson.
