Hired Attorney Atty. Carl Bahnson

Quit my case in 2007 because I wanted a trial for felony stalking charges. He said take the deal of 6 months jail and a felony record. Matt Torgerson took over my case and DA reduced to Misdemeanor disorderly conduct, trespass, damage to property, 3 months jail and that was converted to 720 hrs community service thanks to the Honorable Judge Lisa Stark ..I wonder how many others had their lives ruined with felony convictions because Carl has no balls.

Hired Law Firm

Carl T Bahnson is an incompetent and lazy individual passing himself off as a lawyer. He was given the choice of retirement or forfeit his rights to practice law in wisconsin. Carl wisely retired.
The time that I visited his office for legal council, he was apparently intoxicated, and had his paralegal handle most of the interview.
