James Thomas Sr. is the best lawyer in Preble County! You can ask anyone and they will tell you the same! He was straightforward and upfront with every aspect of my case! Returned phone calls promptly. He was amazing in the courtroom. A job well done. Value for your money I would suggest Mr. Thomas Sr. to anyone who wants to win their case!

This firms owes my family money for the lack of acknowledgement of a legal claim against them. They simply have shown no respect of personal property, despite the fault clearly on their shoulders... They are an embarrassment to the profession, and have lack any moral fiber.....
