Shannon made a lot of unfulfilled promises. She missed our first court date without warning. Shannon never returned any of my calls prior to my second court date appearance and was COMPLETELY unprepared. Her planned expectation of "favors" from the judge did not come to fruition. She Lost an easy case.
Garrett and His Wife were hired and promised to get Witness statements for me as well as a time line about the crash. They were told about the witnesses lieing in court. Shannon his wife and Garrett did not fulfill what they said they would do. I was presuured into a plea but should have had the case dismissed if they did what they promised to do when I hired them. Do not waste your time hiring either Garrett or Shannon Dunham. They are scammers and poor lawyers.
Shannon Dunham was very unprofessional. Didn't return calls or messages. Always had excuses or lies as to why something wasn't done on time. Didn't hesitate to cash my check quickly though. Had to seek other council. VERY disappointed 😞.
