Mr. Hudec worked on a probate for us. After much frustration with lack of communication, progress, and disorganization (court documents did not get filed timely), the court pulled him off the case and ordered me to get a new attorney. It was also recommended that a complaint be filed pertaining to his actions on this case. It took awhile, but he did lose his license 60 days, which was not long enough compared to the stress, cost, and eventual losing my job due to lost time going to his office (he didn't show). His office and the courthouse was 2-2.5 hours from where I lived. After obtaining a new attorney, I found out just how much information was not being kept from me as the personal representative. Many excuses were given. Overall, it cost me personally to eventually close the estate.
