Brittni Sullivan is a Partner at Burner Prudenti Law, P.C., having joined the firm in January 2013 as a legal intern while still in law school. Since 2015 she has concentrated her practice in estate planning, elder law, and guardianship. For the ninth consecutive year in 2025 she was named a New York Metro Rising Star by Super Lawyers (an honor given to no more than 2.5% of attorneys), and in 2026 she was recognized for the third consecutive year as a Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch for Elder Law in Setauket. Brittni earned a B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Iona College in 2011 and a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 2014, where she received the Linda Carmody‑Roberts Scholarship and was a Public Justice Foundation fellow. Named an Outstanding Woman in Law in 2018, she is active in the New York State and Suffolk County Bar Associations, the VIBS Elder Law Committee, and trusts-and-estates sections, writes and presents on elder-law topics, is licensed in New York, and lives in Port Jefferson with her husband, daughters Adelyn and Bianca, and their dogs Buffalo and Peanut.
