About mr Michael Bruce Goodman

I have been practicing law for over 25 years in the areas of DUI defense, License Suspensions and Traffic Citations.  I pride myself on not only being an effective attorney for my clients, but I also try to keep the expense of what they are going through to a minimum.  Each of the above areas have a tendency to "domino" out of control and what I do best is prevent the dominos from ever falling, or if they have started to fall, stop the fall from getting any worse, and getting people back on track. I also clear up peoples criminal records through the process of expungement.  This is a rather unique area of the law that I find few attorneys fully grasp.  Not only is the process rather unique but making sure that a record is truly clear has become, in recent years, almost an art form.  I look forward to helping you and showing that all attorneys are not just in it for the money but that we actually like helping those who are in need.

Mr. Goodman has done work for my family going back 10+ years. There are many cases that I’ve had him work on and I’ve always ended up with a positive outcome. Mike Goodman always answera my calls promptly and explains to me what it is I need to do and how to do it. He takes the time and will answer any questions and help with any steps that had to be done. He’s very knowledgeable and has always made me feel comfortable in his ability. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I would highly recommend Mr. Goodman.

I agree with this previous complaint. I provided this "gentleman" with a retainer for services he did not complete. He refuses to call or email me with the recovery of my retainer. Absolutely the most unprofessional behavior who claims to be a great Lawyer. I am now going on two years with no response, this is just unacceptable. I would pick another Lawyer if I were you! Previous response by another client of his: This "gentleman" has refused to call me back after accepting payment for his assistance for now over 2 years. I have records and records of the many attempts to reach out to him and never received a response. This man should not be allowed in any court room with his unethical ways. He has refused to assist me with my case in any way shape or form and will not refund money for a service that is now provided. Please review all his cases and financial transactions. He has fraudulently promised to assist with my case, received money and refused to contact me in any capacity.
