I've used Mark's services before with terrific results and competent defense. However, my bankruptcy has been filed with them, all monies paid and necessary documents given to the office for over a year and still nothing! I am being issued summons at my place of employment on bills included in my case and currently have a wage garnishment order waiting enforcement on a bill included in the bankruptcy. I am at my wits end as to what to do!!!

Hired Attorney Linda Jackson

Do not go to this person. She is extremely rude and very unprofessional. She lies and is manipulative. She violates confidentiality. She is incompetent and should not be allowed to practice law. If I could rate her less than zero stars I would. Waste of money!

I hired Mark as my divorce attorney. Terrible trial lawyer and completely out dated as far as technology. Ex brought in screen shots of text messages and Mark did not know what they were. He filed no discoveries on my behalf ... so there was evidence used against me and i couldnt counter argue it with my own evidence due to mark not filing discoveries. Nothing i could do about it. Didnt fight for me at all. He is a good guy but he is an old school lawyer. Do not use if you have a complex case.
