I hired Dave some years ago when the attorney I was working with failed to evict tenants who had stopped paying their rent some five months before. Dave stepped in and they were gone in 3 weeks. He kept in touch with me throughout the process, even though I live out of state, and kept me apprised of the situation every step of the way. My relief was overwhelming. He did a fantastic job for me.

Would not hear me, listen to me, or give me a consultation. The minute I said I was looking for legal counsel to aid in dealing with Mass Health the receptionist simply said to call the Bar association. So the entire spiel on the website about how helpful this law office is in those areas is all just a pack of lies.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
