Hired Attorney Thomas Austin Jr

Austin was assigned as referee of a civil rights hearing brought against Southern Connecticut State University by the State Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities. As referee, Austin encouraged a hostile environment against the complainant including extreme disparagement by an Assistant Attorney General (AAG) who attempted to argue that complainant was incompetent in his professional work and did not deserve to complete his master's degree and be licensed to practice clinical counseling in the State of Connecticut. The AAG was arguing against the complainant's documented very high academic and field performance. Austin called complainant a pro se attorney and contrived lies about when complainant left his presence after considerable disparagement by the AAG. Austin dismissed complainant's case as a matter of bias and taking personal offense. Austin thus nullified complainant's only source of retirement income. Austin cannot be trusted with issues requiring personal neutrality.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
