Hired Attorney

My grandfather hired his firm to do his will and trust and make sure everything was in order for when he passed. Well this attorney pretty much stole his money because all he did was help the executor steal everything even allowing her to leave my grandfather at the funeral home for almost a year. And his grandchildren who had to hire two lawyers to get what he wanted them to have spending over twenty thousand dollars in attorney fees because Mr,lutz just wanted the estate to keep him bank rolled. We have had numerous court dates where he was ordered to turn over accounting records and he never did but because he’s a lawyer there’s no contempt of court and no penalties. But for the grandchildren that were left in this will it’s just more money out of there pockets!
