I was most impressed with his response time when I called and his proactive efforts to keep me informed. The shelter from home order allowed for a plea without hearing which Brian arranged. He was able to secure the reduced speed and have me sign off by mail and pay the fine online. In my case he delivered on everything he outlined. We were dealing with a family health issue at the same time and Brian was very empathetic to that as well. I very much appreciate all that he did.
