I would work with Attorney Lori Bartinik again without hesitation. However, due to her performance in family court we may never need to again. We got what we needed* for our children. Bartinik went hard and made our money worth it's while. She removed the emotion and kept the logic. She even maintained a case that didn't demean or put down our coparent who filed against us. For us this was very important as our goal was to leave the hearings as a stable unit for our children. Attorney Bartinik did this and more. Within the courthouse many people were lining up for her services she could be working several cases that day and I still felt she was there solely for me. Attorney Lori Bartinik is the real deal.
Atrocious. Highly regret hiring Lori. Unprofessional, rude, rarely answered any of my questions or explained what my options were in the divorce process. Contradicted herself frequently and often times felt she advocated more for my ex than my needs. Neglected to get me copies of court ordered agreements after court dates. Asked multiple times regarding the status of my retainer and a bill that I did not receive prior to ending service. Blew through 2 retainers in about 1 month of hiring. When she started talking about selling the marital and other assets home to continue to fund herself I terminated services. When I finally did get the itemized bill she sure spent and excessive amount of time reviewing case documents especially considering her lack of responsiveness or education about the process.
Peter didn't want to work on my case and was very evident by the way he acted. I wish I had left sooner.
