Big NO! Although on time I was made to wait over 30 min for my sched. appt, then "Atty" cleaned office, yelled at hubby & spoke to 3 other clients while her meter was running. Instructed to prep docs in detailed required manner which I obliged to, never looked at, tossed to the side, then questioned for same info while charging me. Hears no ones voice but her own, doesn't care, very disorganized, spent most of the time googling & making copies of useless info, after a long odd silence while she tapped on the computer not even aware she was doing something for me she then got up and walked to copier then handded me a bill for total amt just pd. We hadn't even discussed my case. I was then told to leave. I reported to Bar Assoc but she "justified" her fee despite not signing contract until a sec before being thrown out. obnoxious, rude & lacks good communication skills. Her behavior & bad billing was unacceptable. I warn buyer beware.

Hired Attorney Susan F. Grammer

If I could give no stars, I would. We hired her as a family lawyer to get rights with my bonus son. We were doing it for 2 years alone before we hired her. The only thing she got us was extra summer time visits. No decision making, no nothing. She has double charged us for court dates, had us served due to her suing us while I was in labor with my 2nd daughter. She falls asleep on the phone, doesnt reply to emails or phone calls when its regarding her own mess ups. She blatantly lied to us about filing documents then sent us a bill for them anyway. This firm is a complete joke. She charged us $15,000. We have already paid $6k, and somehow our bill today was for $15,330. Please please run fast. Do not hire this firm, specifically susan.
