Patrick Family Law was there for me when I was already involved in very complex litigation. I wouldn’t have blamed them if they didn’t take my case. Instead, they listened to me and advocated for me. Cheri was very quick to respond to the other attorney during disagreements. She did so in a positive, professional manner, being smart and assertive when needed. She works well in difficult situations and with deadlines.
Failed to turn over required documents to opposing counsel causing me to be in contempt. Failed to introduce critical evidence during trial. Failed to communicate or answer emails and phone calls. Would have to call and email daily for two to four weeks before I could get a response. Knowledgeable but failed to do her job in my case.
DO NOT hire if you're Politically Conservative! Working with this law firm was the worst experiences I have ever gone through. Very expensive! I would get charged over 3 years for asking for updates and where were we at with the cases. Ethan Timmins was my attorney and it was like he was actively working for the opposing counsel. Very lazy! My case was strung along for years. In my hearing Mr. Timmins allowed false evidence to be entered into the record without objection. I did not win one battle! I received no justice! I am motivated to write a book about this experience. I DO NOT recommend!
