About Mr. Mark Lowell Hayes

Mark L. Hayes graduated with Honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law and then clerked for Chief Justice Sarah Parker of the N.C. Supreme Court (now retired).  A former high school teacher, Mr. Hayes enjoys teaching the occassional course at the law school.  Mr. Hayes earned his B.A. from Vanderbilt University and, long ago, was valedictorian of his high school class.

Mr. Mark Hayes was hired to Appeal a child custody case in Onslow County. His service has been nothing short of exceptional. Very professional in both verbal and written communication with responses to questions answered directly and in a timely manor. He keep us well informed of the steps of the process and the progress of the Appeal up to date at all times.
