He was able to reduce the seriousness of my violations in a timely manner and was reasonable.
Insulted me to my face while discussing my case. I don’t really think more needs to be said. I would never hire Fred S. Battaglia again. His sheer lack of decorum is probably what got him unseated as a justice.
