YEARS AGO JONATHAN COX WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO HAVE HER . SHE WON DOUBLE AWARD CASE BOTH SSI AND SSDI. SHE IS EXCELANT. AS FOR I ; WELL HAVING MENTAL ISSUES ADHD PTSD ECT. A 30IS AGE MAN CONVENCT NE HE WAS HER SON AND MENTAL WAS SPINNING FROM THIS MANS THREATS ECT... BECAUSE OF HIS THREATS I RELEASED HER AS MY ATTORNEY. NEVER RECIEVED THE BALAMCE OF MY SSI NOT ONE PENNIE OF SSDI BACK PAY EVEN THOUGH I ASKED ECT... GAIL IS A GOOD PERSON AN DONT BELIEVE THE SSA OFFICE THAT SHE WILL ALLOW THEM TO ALTER HER PAPERS WHICH THEY HAVE DONE. ERASED ALMOST ALL MJY FILES CHANGED MY SSI AWARD TO SSA OFF STATING I DONT GET SSI DONT QUALIF AS OF 2013 BECAUSE I WORK OCT OF 2011 AND MADE 375 DOLLARS. I WAS STILL SEEING SURGENS AT THAT TIME WOULD PASS OUT IF I WALKED MORE THE 20 FT WITHOUT STOPING TO SIT. BASICALLY SSA OFFICE STOLE ALL MY SSDI BACK PAY BECAUSE THEY MADE ME BELIEVE THE THREATS WHERE FROM HER SON. WHY I DIDNT TELL GAIL. NOW SSA HAS NEW STUFF CLAIMS THEY PAID HER 10.400 DOLLARS
After five or six YEARS (Seemed like 10) I did finally get my disability. But he would barely contact me about anything unless it was a court date, then I would have to call his assistant to find out anything that was going on, and most of the time I was told nothing new, and that would be it. Then 3 or 4 years in and nothing happening he raised his HALF or % and got MORE OF MY %, which I still think was too much to start with.
