Could not of asked for a better or more experienced attorney with devotion to integrity, ethics and honor. Mr. Hicks is also a tireless worker fostered by a commitment to his client that is undeterred until the job is not only done, but done right. I have the utmost confidence in him and his work, and if need be, he would be the first I would turn to again.

This 4 year long defamation action against a medical group improved communications among medical professionals throughout the entire County, The court agreed. The substantial settlement numbers must remain confidential, unfortunately.

Hired Attorney

David helped settle a claim with State Farm after my home was destroyed by Oakland Firestorm. His comments to the adjuster get them to pay me i full.

Happy I could negotiate a fully compensatory recovery without having to file in Court. We represented at least 11 fire claimants in that fire storm, mostly M.D.'s and didn't have to sue. Letter should be sent to adjustors confirming all their remarks etc

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
