Hired Attorney

Horrible law firm! kathy and her employee lindsay will tell dads that they will take your case. This means we'll take your money and do nothing at all. They will also tell you that as a dad you have zero rights and should be happy about it. When you disagree with them, they will threaten you and drop the case. I was also told that the US constitution and equal protection of laws doesn't matter, because it's not what they believe in!!!! As a wounded vet I am disgusted by these people.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
