We have used Mr. Raines services since Day 1 of the beginning of our company. I am a very cynical person, especially of attorneys, but he has proven himself to go above and beyond for his clients. He has given us tremendous advise that has saved us or been extremely beneficial to us and our company. In addition, Mr. Raines has an accounting degree & extensive experience, that for me, an accountant, makes his advise even more valuable to us. He has a tremendous network of other attorney friends that he has referred us to that literally saved us. All top notched. Tom is an asset to his profession.

My needs included 13 trusts and 2 wills. All of which had to be integrated. Did not present a challenge to Mr Raines and staff(Kelly). We had multiple meetings to insure complete understanding of all concepts involved. He provided detailed documents to insure coordination with our CPA and financial advisor. Strong recomendation to potential clients.
