How much jail time am I looking at for a first time offense of an extreme DUI being 20 years old with a clean record?

DUI/DWI lawyer at Graves Law Firm
I don't recognize the term "extreme DUI" as having a specific legal meaning in Texas, but if there was no accident and excessive speed is the only issue, maybe no jail time. Plus, if you'll make sure this is your ONLY offense (and specifically your only alcohol offense, you can eventually get it expunged from your record under a not-too-well-known provision of the Texas Alcoholic Beverages Code.

What happens if the arresting police officers don't come to the DUI hearing? How many times can they reschedule?

As many times as the judge allows. Certainly there has to be "just cause" for the continuance. Simply not showing does not fall with in the definition of just cause and should result in the case moving forward without the officers testimony. If, without his/her testimony, the case against you cannot be proved, the case will be dismissed.

I was given a refusal to breathelyze, reckless driving and a dui how long am I likely to loose my license

Answered by attorney William R. Pelger
DUI/DWI lawyer at Pelger Law
Ask a NJ a lawyer. In PA you would get punished for the DUI, then get a 1-1.5 year license suspension for the refusal and a 6 mo. to 1 year suspension for the reckless. Again, reveiw the case with a local lawyer.
