Do I remove my son from my auto policy before the renewal which is in about a month?

Hudson Thomas Bair
Answered by attorney Hudson Thomas Bair (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Kapsack & Bair, LLP
That seems like a decision you need to make, I certainly can't tell you how to care for your kid nor how to spend your money. However, what I can suggest is that you consider having a DUI attorney discuss the case, a DUI conviction is usually not the only possible outcome.

No, they will not have to undergo a drug test when they go to court. They need to hire an attorney to represent them to keep them from having a conviction on their record.
