Is it possible to fight against a 3rd brake light for my DUI case?

Hudson Thomas Bair
Answered by attorney Hudson Thomas Bair (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Kapsack & Bair, LLP
As with any DUI arrest you may have grounds to challenge the legality of the initial contact, whether or not the case survives the challenge will depend upon the testimony of the investigating officer and the applicable law.

Can I fight 14601.2a?

You probably cannot fight the case. You may be able to get a lesser offense since your convictions are so old. It would help if you enrolled in the DDP program (you may have to referred by the DMV).

What can I expect in court for DUI, running a stop sign, reckless driving, open container, no license and failure of proof of license charges?

Answered by attorney Andrew Stephen Roberts
DUI/DWI lawyer at Roberts Law Group
Get an attorney immediately. A DUI is serious and you must report this to DMV within 10 days of arrest, requesting a stay, hearing, discovery. The insurance and registration charges can easily be dealt with. Get an attorney
