What you need is money to: (1) retain experienced counsel; and (2) attend rehab. Law school? Get real. You were caught smoking pot and were given a deal, and pissed all over the deal. Now, you are looking for a crooked mind. Law school is done for you. Get more realistic goals.

You need to go back to court and explain it to the Judge about your emergency with the proof. There will be a bench warrant and if the Judge believes you will recall the warrant. Be prepared to deal with the citation at that time.

You need to complete the class if you ever want a driver's license. You could try the public defender's office.
