You can be sentenced anywhere from probation to the maximum sentence allowed under the ordinance or statute. You need to retain an attorney who handles criminal case.

I recently missed a few probation appointments and have called my officer, but she hasn''t returned my calls. Did they drop my charges?

Probation does not "drop charges".  If you miss appointments; fail to pay fines and fees; or, violate probation in any way, your probation officer will typically request a Probation Violation Warrant; unless, your term of probation has ended.  Do you know when your probation is/was set to end?

All of those charges are misdemeanors and must be commenced within one year. However, the officer must actually observe a traffic violation so if charges are brought, you have good defense.
