Can cops arrest me if they have no evidence that I was the one driving?

I do not second guess other attorneys unless paid for a second opinion and being apprised of all of the facts. Speak with your counsel and if you are dissatisfied then hire your own who you feel more confident with.

How do I go about getting the codes and maintenance records of a breathalyzer?

J Matthew Catchick

You need to send what is often called a "discovery request," or request entry of an "Order Granting Discovery," and serve the prosecutor or the police department with the request for the Breathalyzer maintenance and test log data.

How will a misdemeanor reckless driving conviction effect my employment?

It's better than a DWI. DWI is a more serious charge. If you have a conviction, you will have to reveal it in any job applications. As long as you are honest about it, you shouldn't have any problems.
