You may also be charged with Child Endangerment. If you have not done so already, I suggest that you consult with an experienced criminal/DUI defense attorney as soon as possible.

I was just recently in a car accident that my grandbaby was with me and the neither of us were hurt but I passed out driving and wrecked the car

You asked: I was just recently in a car accident that my grandbaby was with me and the neither of us were hurt but I passed out driving and wrecked the carAdditional Details:at the hospital I was drug tested and the police also took blood to send off for drugs, the urine test at the hospital came back that I had cocaine and pcp in my system, I dont know what pcp is let alone take it. I am on several medications and figured that was the reason for me passing out while driving. I am freaking out because now I feel someone has put drugs in my drink or something, now I will be charged for dwi, child endangerment and dwls. My family wants nothing to do with me and now child protective services wont allow me to see my children or grandson, I am on cymbalta, xanax, vistiril, tramadol, zocor and as I have read on several places on the internet, some of these meds make you pass out and I have lost my family over this and would like to know what and who I can turn too to prove my innocence. I take the meds I am perscribed and I am bi polar and need them, I dont like my seroquel xr but do take it, please help me if you can.also seroquel Jennifer, You are charged with serious crimes, and need a lawyer.  If you are unable to hire your own attorney, then the Court will appoint one to represent you.  If you claim that you did not take cocaine or pcp, then your attorney will explore whether there was an error in the testing, and whether your other medications could cause a false positive reading.  You should also have an attorney for the Probate Court matters.  If CPS will not let you see your children, then it is likely that a petition alleging abuse and neglect has been filed against you.  YOu have a right to hire an attorney, or have an attorney appointed to represent you .  Stu Shafer

Is it legal for me to drive in one state with a DUI in another state?

You are playing with fire and are probably not getting notices or mail because the information is not correct. Shortly you out of state license will be invalid, as will be your insurance and you will have a warrant out for your arrest.
