How can I have my DUI drop to a reckless opp.?

Answered by attorney James Kristian Falk (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at The Falk Law Firm, LLC
I am concerned about your chances of getting these charges reduced. It may depend upon what is on the tape of the field sobriety tests. Based on the content of the tape your lawyer may be able to have the results of the BAC test suppressed.

I recently had a dwi and may lose my job because it show on my mvr. is there any way to get thta off my mvr?

M. Irene Wilson
Answered by attorney M. Irene Wilson (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at M. Irene Wilson, Attorney at Law
The answer depends on the disposition of the case.  If the DWI resulted in a conviction, the record cannot be sealed or expunged under Texas law and will show up during a background check.  If the DWI was dismissed, you should contact a lawyer to have the record expunged.  Good luck.  M. Can I bond out if I have no other holds?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
DUI/DWI lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
They will let you know if the Judge gave you a bond or not. It's public record. Just call a bail bonds company and see if you have bail set. If not, hire an attorney to get you a bail.
