What can I do to get my license back for a DWI 6 years ago?

Answered by attorney Lawrence Thomas Lewis (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Lawrence Lewis, P.C.
You have a bench warrant for DUI AND a DUI charge. So, you need to turn yourself in on the DUI bench warrant. After you sit in jail for 2-3 months, you get to go to court and fight the DUI. Your license is now suspended on failure to appear in court. After you clear that up, you will lose your license for DUI conviction.

Your son needs an attorney, because your contention that the officer is a liar, or could not see "the little Civic", when you were not present is a bit silly.
