You are going to have to answer the charges, and the problems that you have got yourself are going to be significant. If You simply leave the state your license will be suspended or revoked and a warrant issued for you immediate arrest and you will not be able to gain a license or insurance anywhere else in the country. You might be able to get your case dropped by completing a diversion program (if eligible) but the fact that you weren't driving strangely isn't a defense. The crime is operating a motor vehicle and people are convicted all the time for doing what you are accused of doing. A jury may be sympathetic to your case but the prosecutor isn't likely to simply drop your case.
