Do I stand a fighting chance or should I turn myself in because my attorney was not going to represent me until my court date?

I have never heard of a court issuing a warrant for a person failing to pay their lawyer, now if the lawyer wasn't paid and didn't appear on your behalf you might have a warrant for failing to appear. You may have an action against your lawyer if they failed to appear and failed to let you know that you needed to appear unless you paid them. Check with your local bar association.

Can I be convicted of DUI if I blow over the legal limit on a PBT, but then under the legal limit at the station?

Jared Clayton Austin
Answered by attorney Jared Clayton Austin (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Austin Legal Services, PLC
Yes you can because testimony would support that your blood alcohol level would have decreased from the time you were driving, arrested, and then taken to the station to be given the test. However, you are right on the line and there may be problems or deficiencies with either the initial police contact or the administration of the breath test that could get the charges against you reduced or dismissed. Only someone with experience and a trained eye will know what to look for. Consult with an experienced DUI attorney in your area right away.

What will happen to me if someone got a DUI while driving my car?

You are going to be sued and have to pay any damages paid out to anyone under the no-fault law. Hire an attorney if this happens.
