The DUI arrest will come up. Then you will explain that you are taking the ARD program. The ARD program does not expunge anything. It will all show up.

If they haven't tested blood yet there's a really really good chance that when they do it will be contaminated by fermentation in the sample. This makes the results meaningless as no one can tell what if any alcohol is from drinking and what is from fermentation. Studies show fermentation can raise the BAC .10-.20.

You should immediately retain the services of an experienced attorney. If the arresting officer was a DUI task force officer, there should be a video of the incident. You need an experienced attorney to go to bat for you right away. You cannot afford to drag your feet on this, if as you say, you can't afford to have a DUI conviction on your record.
