You were informed when you were read your rights in regards to blowing in the breathalyzer. You were informed by dozens of people when you get arrested you need to retain an attorney. You bonded out of jail, and failed to consult an attorney. Now you are out of luck.

That is not a defense, that is why prescription bottles have the warning about operating machinery. If the charges were filed in court and dismissed as a misdemeanor they can not be refiled.

You get reissuance of a suspended license when and if you comply with all terms and conditions of all court sentencing and probation orders, and all rules and requirements of DMV. In addition to all the above, it requires a court order to reinstate a revoked license. You have to file a formal motion for that, and have a court hearing. If serious about hiring counsel to help in this, feel free to contact me.
