Add a year to license suspension. 30 days of jail mandatory if your suspension is alcohol/drug related. There may be additional suspension for the DUI depending on refusal, or level of BAC statutory bond would be $10000.

If you ever want to get it resolved then you will have to turn yourself in or risk getting hauled into jail the next time you come into contact with the police, no matter inconvenient the timing is. If you cannot afford a lawyer the court will probably appoint you one. The sooner you get it taken care of the better as it only gets worse the longer you wait.
